
Cooking the PERFECT Steak
Cooking the Perfect Sous Vide Steak; Step by Step!
- Vacuum seal your steak with Rosemary, thyme, and garlic.
- Set Sous Vide to the internal temperature you want your steak to be
- (We’re cooking ours to a medium at 130F)
- Dry off steak.
- Make sure it’s completely dry because this is going to insure it has a great sear
- Salt the steak, you can’t use too much, especially when the steak is thick!
- Using a hot pan, sear on each side
- Sous Vide to internal temp desired
- (again, 130F for perfect medium)
- BOOM! You have just cooked the perfect steak!
