Order & Refund Policy
If there’s ever an issue with your order, our Customer Service team will work to make it right as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, this may include a reshipment, a credit, or—at a manager’s discretion—a refund.

Refunds: If approved, you’ll receive an email within 2 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If a reshipment or credit is issued, a refund is not available for that order.

Exclusions: Nutrition info is always available on our website. Because taste is personal, refunds are not issued for flavor preferences.
If you don’t see your refund after 5 days, first check your account for the original purchase date or contact your bank. If it’s still not showing, reach out to Customer Service at 816-327-1309 (text) or cs@evolvechef.com.
